4. Our shared understandings
In order to sign with getstaffed.com, you will need to read and accept our shared understandings.
  • To allow us to use your name and logo on our website(s), and on printed flyers always alongside other customer logos.
  • To inform us via the getstaffed website, email or phone when you have engaged a contractor through getstaffed.
  • To pay us a $NZ3+GST service fee for each hour worked by contractors you find via getstaffed (for all work the contractor does for your company, now and for future contracts).
  • To treat contractor CVs in absolute confidence, never disclosing them to third parties without the express permission of the CV owner.
  • To provide us with feedback and suggestions on how to make the getstaffed network an increasingly valuable tool for your organisation.
  • To work with us in good faith from day one, and to continue to do this even if any unforeseen issues arrive for us to resolve together

If you already hire contractors directly, then getstaffed is for you. We give your business the scope to find and engage with independent IT contractors on terms that work best for you.
The database of IT contractors is growing virally. Most weeks we add developers, testers, business analysts, project managers, designers, database experts and others.
Getting started is completely free, and as soon as you hire an independent IT contractor (using the getstaffed site rather than a recruitment agency) you will be saving money!
Use simple keyword searches to locate the best contractors... before someone else does. If there are none available then place permanent and/or contract job vacancy ads on the getstaffed site completely free.
Found the perfect contractor... but they're already engaged on an assignment? No problem. Just add them to your watchlist and we'll let you know when they are about to become available
No that's not a misprint! We charge a flat service fee of $NZ3+gst for each hour recorded and approved by hiring managers. The IT contractor(s) bills you directly at the agreed rate(s) and Get Staffed Ltd just bills the service fee monthly.
